In 2018 and 2019, Downtown Boulder hired Colorado Corporate Escapes to serve as the East-end event manager for the annual Taste of Pearl Festival. This vibrant community event brought together food lovers, wine enthusiasts, and shoppers to explore Pearl Street’s unique galleries and boutiques. Guests had the opportunity to sample dishes from some of Colorado’s most renowned restaurants and chefs while enjoying carefully selected wines.

Managing the Details for a Seamless Event

Our role in the Taste of Pearl Festival was to ensure that every detail on the East end of Pearl Street was executed smoothly. From coordinating volunteers and staff to supporting vendors, our team focused on keeping the energy high and operations running seamlessly. We paid special attention to the comfort of the event team, making sure that everyone stayed well-hydrated and cared for throughout the day.

Equally important was the personal touch we brought to vendor relations. During the festival, we introduced ourselves to each participating vendor and store owner, ensuring they felt supported and connected. This relationship-building extended beyond the event itself. Two days later, we followed up with phone calls to thank them personally for their participation and contribution to the festival’s success.
