For organizations searching for memorable corporate events in Fort Collins, this vibrant city delivers inspiration, connection, and ease of planning.
Fort Collins combines walkable charm with big-city amenities, making it an excellent choice for corporate meetings, conferences, and incentive travel. The city’s Old Town district is filled with boutique hotels, creative venues, and standout dining—all within close proximity—allowing groups to maximize time together while minimizing logistics.
The destination also excels at blending business with experience. From hands-on workshops to curated tastings and offsite activities, Fort Collins makes it easy to design programs that encourage team bonding, creativity, and engagement.

Our stay at The Elizabeth Hotel perfectly showcased why Fort Collins is such an appealing destination for corporate groups. Located in the heart of Old Town, this boutique hotel blends modern comfort with a strong sense of place, offering flexible and creative spaces ideal for meetings, executive retreats, and hosted group experiences.
During our visit, we toured a variety of room types, including the hotel’s specialty suites, and explored its well-designed meeting and banquet options. The Elizabeth’s two distinctive bars—the Sunset Lounge and the Magic Rat—further elevate the experience, each infused with the hotel’s signature music-forward identity. Music lovers will appreciate thoughtful touches like in-room vinyl record players, with the option to rent records or even a guitar, creating a truly memorable stay for guests.
We also enjoyed dining at the hotel’s Emporium restaurant, an inviting and refined setting that works beautifully for group meals, networking gatherings, or intimate leadership dinners.
In addition, we explored the historic Armstrong Hotel, a boutique property rich with character and surrounded by an underground world of unique bars and venues—an ideal setting for corporate groups seeking something unexpected and memorable.

Fort Collins’ food scene is a major draw for meetings and incentives. Ginger and Baker impressed us with both its cuisine and its beautifully designed event spaces, making it a standout option for private dinners, receptions, or networking events. Another highlight was dinner at the newly opened Maida Trattoria, where warm hospitality and vibrant energy create an inviting atmosphere for group dining.

What truly sets Fort Collins apart is its range of one-of-a-kind group experiences. We were lucky enough to have Visit Fort Collins as our guides to showcase the best activities for corporate groups.
First we were taking on a spooky ghost tour with Fort Collins Tours. We were taking behind stores, underground to learn about the fascinating stories past and spirits that lived there. We were even provided with ghost detectors that could pick up any paranormal activities. The ghost tour is their most popular but they also offer history tours, brewery tours and more. This is such a fun and interactive activity for corporate groups that encourages storytelling and team connection.
We also discovered the Colorado Shoe School, a unique hidden gem offering various workshops and insights into traditional shoemaking and craftsmanship. The owners, Annabel and Dan were fascinating to chat with and learn about their story. They offer half days or full days from 1-5 days. Not limited to just shoes but fanny packs, journal covers too. This is such an engaging option for creative teams.
For hosted tastings, NOCO Distillery delivers an exceptional experience. They have a private event space amonsgsth the barrels. Their world-famous quadruple-distilled whiskey is not to be missed alongside rum, gin, and vodka. These curated tastings are ideal for incentive groups or client entertainment.
We wrapped up our visit with a stop at Nuance Chocolate, where groups can sample thoughtfully sourced chocolate from around the world—a perfect way to end a corporate itinerary on a high note.
